Our 3-A pneumatic valves are made in strict conformity with the criteria and tests required by the 3-A standards. The parts in contact with the fluid are manufactured exclusively of Aisi 316L stainless steel.
The full self-drainage of the valve is guaranteed by the spherical internal shape and the polishing of internal parts. The air entry is in the upper head of the valve and distribution in the lower part is by an internal piston. Absolute safety during servicing is ensured by a special device to keep the springs under constant compression.
Special bushing ensures perfect coaxiality of cylinder and valve body, facilitates moving parts, full product sealing and total hygiene during CIP process.
Valves are easy to sterilize and service.
The standard finish is 150 grit (Ra 0.76-0.89 μm max).
