Pneumatic Actuators for Weirless Radial-Diaphragm Tank Valves
Rugged, reliable, flexible, and easily maintained
Our pneumatic actuators are not spring loaded and are designed to withstand a few dings and drops. All bodies are manufactured out of 304 stainless steel. They all have a position-indicating shaft that extends when the valve is open, allowing you to confirm the valves position with a quick glance.
They contain as few O-rings and seals as possible, resulting in a very simple maintenance procedure. If you can fasten a tri-clamp, you can easily assemble and disassemble any ASEPCO valve for inspection or maintenance, and you can do it without tools!
A large number of options are available with these actuators, including switches, solenoids, regulators, dual-acting positioners, and your choice of fail open or closed.
