Manual Actuators for Weirless Radial-Diaphragm Inline Valves

If you can fasten a tri-clamp, you can quickly assemble and disassemble any ASEPCO valve for inspection or maintenance, and you can do so without tools!

Inside our one-inch and larger manual actuators, we use two sets of stainless steel thrust bearings in nylon cages, because lab tests showed us that the valves would maintain a more stable position with smoother operation over the years than if we left the bearings out.

When we designed this actuator, we took great care to make it operator friendly and rugged enough to withstand pretty rough treatment. This type of actuator can be used with the Weirless Diaphragm Valve, the Weirless Block and Bleed Valve, and the Weirless Sterile Access Valve.
