Weirless radial diaphragm valves have a number of advantages over standard diaphragm valves. They are contamination-free and have a 180° flow path, without leakage. Diaphragm change takes less than one minute and reduces maintenance costs by up to 80%. Machined from solid 316L stainless steel, with AL6XN and Hastelloy components, each valve is serialised and marked for full traceability.

Delivering purity and reliability, ASEPCO weirless radial diaphragm valves are preferred over weir style valves which can introduce product entrapment, leakage and be high maintenance.

Extensive testing proves reliability

Diaphragms materials are USP Class VI and FDA CFR 177.300 tested and approved, with extensive steam and lifetime testing. This means they complete an impressive continuous 100-hour testing at 132-137C, with actuation
every 20 minutes.
