The manual and turbine driven flange type ball valves have the following features:
1. The use of high hardness material and the design of streamline appearance ensure erosion resistance and long service life of the valves;
2. The use of high temperature resistant material and advanced spray welding technology provides a wider range of applicable temperature to the valves, meeting the requirements of the working conditions with high temperature or low temperature;
3. Adequate rigidity and reliable sealing: to eliminate the sensitivity of the metal seal butterfly valves on the deformation of the valve bodies, the rigidity of the valve bodies shall be increased; the enterprise design standard with a higher requirement than the minimum thickness of the valve bodies specified in relevant national standards is used, and the inner and outer ribs of the valve bodies are arranged reasonably so as to provide adequate rigidity and ensure the sealing reliability;
4. Smooth opening and significantly reduced operation moment: as the sealing curve of the improved three-eccentric butterfly plates is more prone to a perfect circle, the deformation of the valve seats is further reduced, and the actual deformation of the valve seats is far below the elastic range of the metal, thus enlarging the allowance for elastic deformation of the valve seats; even at a high temperature, the elastic range of the materials used also will not be exceeded.
